We have launched a feedback site (powered by UserEcho) to collect ideas from everyone and help improve ScriptLance better and faster. Visit feedback.scriptlance.com and subscribe to the RSS feed to get notified and vote on newly submitted ideas.

As you can see by the feedback tab on the right side of your screen, the system includes an easy to use widget. Start typing your idea and existing ideas by others will be shown. If your idea matches exactly you can simply contribute by voting on it, and/or submitting comments. If your idea is unique, you can quickly submit it and let other people vote on it. ScriptLance staff will interact with people on the feedback system and work on implementing popular ideas.

So if you have any ideas or suggestions that would improve your experience on ScriptLance, please feel free to visit the ScriptLance feedback site.

The feedback site replaces the feedback section of the ScriptLance forum.

Why UserEcho.com? While shopping around for feedback services I found them to be the best, based on prices and features. UserVoice is very nice too, but their prices are too high, charging ridiculously higher prices for adding extra moderators/staff and forums. UserEcho, on the other hand, includes several forums and staff accounts with their plans, making them a better choice for small businesses. I also like their independent, very active and responsive tech team that constantly adds features, much like ScriptLance.

As always, feedback is welcome, this time on feedback.scriptlance.com (except for comments about this blog post, which are still welcome as comments below) :)

That’s another great idea that you do.
I’ve always thought contacting you was not easy, except for real problems for which we used support tickets.
For example, I’ve noticed that the new Programmer dashboard, although much better than the old one, does not refresh automatically like the old one did, and this made me miss some important stuff like new messages or project won notifications, etc..

I hope you can take care of that as well.

That’s the kind of idea you should post on the feedback site. No matter how small, with enough votes, it will be brought to our attention.

    Thanks alot for Great Service.

Suggestion: Please do Provide an Option for reqeusting payment release option in Scriptlance where at present there is no option to request Payment from client only Via PMB. If client doesn’t respond to Messages in PMB, There is no way of getting money to the Provider. So, We request you to add this feasibility, where if client doesn’t respond to Providers request release, Escrow Payment Needs to be released to Provider.

Please look into this as other Markets are already providing same Option.

A comment found that withdrawal process should take instantly but avoid it to process instantly as for security reason its should not process instantly as I have suffered once by hacking my hard earned money but returned back as the process take a time.

That’s a good point. But one thing if for sure: if instant withdrawals were ever allowed on ScriptLance, it would not apply to suspicious activity. A change in the withdrawal recipient (paypal email for example) would definitely be considered suspicious, and therefore would require staff approval, like it is now. So no reason to worry now or then.

This certainly is a great decision, as one can now get answers to their queries besides opening a support ticket.

Is there anyway of knowing that a buyer is genuine, as sometimes there are buyers who simply collect samples from a number of freelancers and just disappear. I have had the experience which is why I am concerned.

I have received a private message from a buyer for writing a sample article, but I noticed that the buyer has also sent messages to every freelancer who has bid on the project (not that he doesn’t have the right to). How can we know that the buyer has not asked each of us to write a sample on a different topic, which will give him/her at least 10 good articles if not more.

Should we only rely on luck, since we cannot write to other freelancers to find out what the buyer has asked of them.

I know that the whole thing is quite complicating, but I’m sure there could be an answer to it.

    Dear Member,
I think scriptlance is one of the best portal,
and most project are very good. our company is attche with scriptlance as provider and programmer both. if scriptlance manage a panel for all the case between client and programmer, then , i think its great panel, and we wish it for number-1 ranking in freelance world.

    Thanks
