In an effort to better communicate with our customers we have launched the official ScriptLance blog!

This replaces the announcements section of the ScriptLance forum (which will remain as a forum for lively discussions). The blog will be used for official announcements, tutorials, tips, stories and other articles related to freelance programming and outsourcing that people may find helpful. The posts may come from a variety of authors.

While ScriptLance greatly speeds up its growth with new features and improved services, the blog will serve as a more efficient archive and delivery method for all updates. Making it easy for members to stay up to date.

Among the many updates you can expect from us in the near future:

  • API for developers and affiliates
  • Improved affiliate program
  • Better support, including live chat and phone
  • user feedback system, to better manage requests and ideas
  • Better FAQ
  • More earning opportunities for freelancers
  • A new way to outsource

As always, feedback is welcome and appreciated.

Thank you

That’s a great idea. Nice to hear about new major updates you are going to do in Scriptlance. Moreover is there any way to copy earlier announcements as archive in here. Regards

    1.mobile version
    2.classifying projects on keyword basis.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by “classifying projects on keyword basis”? Thanks

      • November 26, 2011 at 2:08 pm |

i mean when you hover menu for example:
        Newest Projects :
        Featured
        Urgent
        Pre-Paid
        Big Budgets
        Expiring Soon
        Long Term Jobs
this is what you see there

it would be great also if i could hover projects and then go to main keywords:
        example :
        projects:

        newest:
        Featured
        Urgent
        Pre-Paid
        Big Budgets
        Expiring Soon
        Long Term Jobs

        keyword:
        Web design
        Graphic
        Programming
        other…

and other goes to other most popular keywords page to search projects based on them.

Ah, well tags would be more efficient for that. I’ll consider adding a list of popular tags.

Great to see the new blog! I think it was long overdue for Scriptlance. Good stuff and hope to see more and more improvements in the years to come.

    Hi, Rene
    Thanks for this Blog system

One more request Regarding Project Browsing for Freelancer

When we are browsing project then if we can get any Flag Icon on the project where we al ready placed bid then it will help a lot to browsing project

We do bids on lots of project daily and many time open same project from list so if there is Flag Icon near project Title where we already placed bid then it will be good
(many freelancing sites have this system)

(it may also reduce load on your server too)

    Hope you like this feature

    Thanks
    Hardik

    Hi Rene,

the new features are indeed welcome. but i must say that SL lacks timely support for the programmers. the support takes forever to reply for urgent issues. I am myself waiting for a reply for over 24 hours and my funds have been already blocked without any formal verification.

Please look into the matters that harass the top leading programmers. i am sure many of the programmers will agree with me for the lack of proper timely replies from your support department.

    max
